Jane Ndamata is the Human Resources expert with experience in human resource management in the public sector and now serving in the NGO sector. She and her team support a cadre of over 400 staff who are employed on a full time and part-time basis as well as Consultants.

She is inspired and proud to work in an organisation that has had and still has a positive impact not only in the field of HIV research that is critical in preventing and therefore ending the HIV epidemic but other vital research in the field of TB. She has a Master degree in Public Administration and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management.
